The rooms at Shin-Osaka Esaka Tokyu REI HOTEL are simply furnished but cozy, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The laptop-friendly workspace was a lifesaver for me, allowing me to catch up on work while my kids slept. Plus, the air conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days in Suita. With free WiFi and desk chairs, I had everything I needed to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

One thing I didn't particularly like was the deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom. It might be a personal preference, but I found it a bit uncomfortable.

We took an a double room with central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television, it was brand-new. The staff was efficient, they showed us what excellent service is supposed to be like...

We enjoyed the comforts of this low-budget hotel. Neat and brand-new rooms were outstanding with a view. Had coffee & tea making machines and a fridge at our disposal.

The service was great, totally satisfied. There was excellent breakfasts with sausage and traditional Japanese food, as example. The place had a quiet atmosphere:)))

I recently stayed at this place and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. The location is superb, being conveniently close to Esaka train station, which makes it easy to travel to and from the very center of the city. The staff here provide excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of. The room amenities are exceptional, with everything you could possibly need, from ironing facilities to tea and coffee facilities. The rooms are also soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Furthermore, the dining options are fantastic, with a restaurant offering a great selection of dishes and special diet menus available upon request.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel was located near a subway station which made it easy to get around. There were also some shops and restaurants nearby. The room had a modern bathroom which was nice.

The room was very small and cramped making it difficult to move around. There was not enough space for luggage which had to be left on the floor.

The hotel's location, surrounded by numerous shops, is convenient for shopping and dining. It is very close to the metro station, just a short walk from Esaka station. The room is fairly clean, with personalised toiletries provided. The wifi connection is excellent. Some guests appreciated the lovely view from the room.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need, including toiletries and a kettle. One of the best things about the hotel is the stunning view from the window and the fact that there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast options were limited, with mostly Japanese food buffet and only a few Western options.
